Hypertrophic and Heritable Cardiomyopathies Clinic (HHC) at SPH

The Hypertrophic and Heritable Cardiomyopathies Clinic (HHC) is a clinic which combines the expertise of specialist providers with expertise in cardiology and genetics, to identify, screen and manage patients and families affected by heritable forms of cardiomyopathy. Healthcare providers (specialists and primary care) can refer patients and/or families to the program who have a suspected or known diagnosis of HCM or other non-syndromic forms of heritable cardiomyopathy such as nonischemic cardiomyopathy and restrictive cardiomyopathy.
